We’re unable to list exports from the configured matter. This is essential for us to be able to check status of Google Sites exports that our crawler requests.Resolution
- Ensure that the configured matter id is correct
- Ensure that the configured matter is “open”
- Ensure that the configured matter is shared to the email account associated with the Google Drive connector
- Verify the remaining steps in the connector setup
