The Agents page (referred as Agent library) lists all agents available based on your organization’s permissions. From here, you can find, favorite, and launch agents to automate your workflows. It is designed for any team member looking to leverage agents to streamline their workflows. To access the Agents page:
  1. Open Glean.
  2. Click Agents in the left navigation. You are redirected to the Agents page.
If you do not see Agents in the navigation, contact your admin to enable the Agent Library or assign you the appropriate role.

Using the Agents page

The Agents page provides the following capabilities:
  • Browse available agents: Scroll through the list of agents accessible to you. You can refine the list using the following filters:
    • Triggered by
    • Creator
    • Creator department
  • Search: Use the search bar to locate specific agents by name or description.
  • Manage Favorites: Click the heart icon on an agent card to add it to your Favorites section. Favorited agents appear at the top of the page and within the agent selector.
  • Launch an agent: Click an agent card to start a session and begin interacting with the agent.
If you cannot find a specific agent, check with your organization admin. Agents have individual permission settings that control who can access them.
